RFSC REFERENCE FRAMEWORK FOR EUROPEAN SUSTAINABLE CITIES

The Reference Framework for European Sustainable Cities (RFSC) is the concrete adaptation and implementation of the Leipzig Charter for European Sustainable City of 2007. Designed  to help cities promote and enhance  their work on integrated sustainable urban development, this free on-line toolkit offers practical support in integrating sustainability principles into local policies and actions. It is a joint initiative of the Member States, the European Commission and European organizations of local governments adopted by the EU Ministers in charge of urban development on Novembre 25th 2008.
